WARNING: This Page Has Been Quarantined

A very strange warning appears when trying to download a project:

Password-protecting files or pages is a technique often used by scammers in an attempt to block virus and other security scans from detecting malware.

But there is no “password protection”! I will write to support about it. I’m very interested in what is considered “potential suspicious behavior”.

Unfortunately, quarantining is not displayed in any way to the page owner and if I hadn’t been told from the outside, I would never have known about it.
